Over the years, I have been called upon to lead at critical inflection points of change, growth, innovation, and transformation.

As a high-performing senior executive in healthcare, I excel in tackling complex, growth-related challenges across medical cost management, specialty healthcare, and behavioral health management segments of the market.

I am experienced in leading within the U.S. and internationally, with organizations as large as 900+ employees, and P&L ownership to $1.2B. My leadership experience spans across Fortune 500, private equity-backed, privately held, and founder-led environments where I’ve delivered both within high-growth/high-scale and turnaround environments.

The types of challenges I enjoy addressing the most are related to strategy and growth, e.g., decisions on which markets to pursue, ensuring that the product portfolio meets market needs, and what is needed to continue to differentiate and evolve the company.

Key to my success over the years has been my ability to leverage data-driven insights to guide our strategic plan, with the ability to rally stakeholders in a future-facing vision. I bring a blended approach to the market, one that is focused on innovation and growth, combined with the governance and controls needed to limit our exposure to risk.

I can lead at the 50,000-foot level while rolling up my sleeves to support the teams as needed. My approach is to encourage measured risk taking, create “no blame” cultures, escalate problems early, take intelligent risks …and we will solve problems together.

Earlier in my career, I held progressive roles in corporate finance, venture capital, global finance, and litigation management at CIGNA Health Services, Tymetrix, Bank of America Securities, and Travelers Property Casualty. In recent years, I transitioned from finance into commercial leadership while at Magellan Health Services, National Imaging Associates (NIA), and more recently, HealthHelp.

While at Magellan Health Services, I played an integral role in growing the newly acquired NIA business by 16.2X while concurrently growing the Behavior Health Management business.
